About the Role
This exciting opportunity has arisen for an Associate to join our workplace illness team based in Birmingham. As a key member of our team, you will manage a specialist caseload of high-value stress at work and asbestos-related claims, working closely with experienced lawyers to secure rehabilitation for our clients and make a real difference in their lives. You will also undertake supervisory duties to support more junior members of the team and attend relevant training events to ensure up-to-date legal knowledge and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for high-value complex personal injury matters. You should be a qualified lawyer, either through the traditional SRA route or CILEX, with demonstrable technical experience acting on behalf of claimants. Your ability to effectively supervise junior members of the team and manage high-value, complex caseloads while maintaining attention to detail and providing seamless service to clients is essential. We are looking for an individual with a strong understanding of the litigation process, particularly in workplace illness claims, including stress at work and asbestos-related claims.
