You will also have the opportunity to develop your supervisory skills, supporting more junior members of the team and attending relevant training events to enhance your expertise.

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Associate to join our workplace illness team in Birmingham. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in handling high-value, complex personal injury cases, with a strong understanding of the litigation process. You will be responsible for managing a caseload of stress at work and asbestos-related claims, working closely with clients and other stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes. You will also contribute to the development of our team's expertise and best practices.

Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role is £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience. Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to be a qualified lawyer, either through the traditional SRA route or CILEX, with demonstrable technical experience acting on behalf of claimants. Your ability to effectively supervise junior members of the team and manage high-value, complex caseloads while maintaining attention to detail and providing seamless service to clients is essential. We are looking for an individual with a strong understanding of the litigation process, particularly in workplace illness claims, including stress at work and asbestos-related claims.
