NCCR RNA & Disease is seeking an experienced Technical Sales and Marketing Executive to support the expansion of our client base. This role will play a crucial part in developing and delivering a sales plan to increase revenues from both new and existing clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Work with the Business Development Team to develop and implement the business sales and marketing plans.
* Develop a sales plan to address local and national requirements in commercial technical sales and apprenticeship, focusing on virtual offering of Team Leader and Management Apprenticeships.
* Generate substantial sales growth with existing and new clients, prioritizing technical training.
* Identify new potential markets, customers, and opportunities, staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify growth opportunities.
* Utilize CRM systems and sales tools effectively to track progress, manage pipelines, and optimize sales performance.
* Achieve targets set within the business plan and report monthly on sales pipeline values and other associated KPI's.
Benefits and Salary
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £50,000 per annum, plus excellent benefits including up to one day's paid leave each year for volunteering opportunities.
