Business Development and Partnership Manager

The Role
Lumonpay's extensive partnership network is one of our most valuable assets, and this newly created role has been designed to support the growth and success of our partnership team. Reporting to the Regional Partnerships Manager, the Business Development Manager will be responsible for maintaining frequent contact with partners to drive up referral numbers, deliver exceptional service, and create new business revenue in line with targets.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the quantity and quality of referrals generated by partners.
- Meet new business revenue targets from partner referrals.
We are Looking for Someone Who:
- Has proven experience in partnership management, business development, or a related role within the foreign exchange or international payments industry.
- Is passionate about making a positive impact on a team's performance.
- Is highly organized with excellent time management skills.
What We Offer
