London, Greater London, United Kingdom Tender Education and Arts Full time

About Tender Education and Arts

Tender Education and Arts is an arts charity that works with children and young people to prevent domestic abuse and sexual violence through creative projects. Our programmes are safe, enjoyable, and age-appropriate spaces where young people can engage with sensitive topics and rehearse for real-life scenarios.

We have grown rapidly in recent years, and now have an exciting and varied programme of work that is funded from a wide range of sources. We have long-standing, high-value relationships with organizations such as the Mayor's Office, Esmée Fairbairn, and Clifford Chance, and continue to grow our income from a range of supporters from trusts, foundations, corporates, individuals, and community fundraisers.

About the Role

We are seeking a Corporate Partnerships Officer to work closely with our Development Director and CEO in developing our corporate income stream, managing the accounts of existing corporate partners, and generating income through securing new corporate partnerships. These partnerships will generate both donations and earned income, with corporate partners contracting Tender Education and Arts to deliver workplace training.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and develop prospect lists for priority industries and implement new business campaigns to secure multi-year high-value partnerships for workplace training and donations.
  • Sell training programmes to businesses, particularly in the legal and financial services sectors.
  • Develop engaging and impactful partnership proposals and training propositions.
  • Work independently and develop strong relationships at all levels.

Main Purposes of the Role

  • Work with the Development team to collectively achieve annual fundraising targets exceeding £2m per year.
  • Sell workplace training and donation opportunities to corporate partners across a range of industries.
  • Support the CEO and Development Director to increase Tender Education and Arts' workplace training delivery to achieve income targets through sales.
  • Contribute to applications and events in support of fundraising from other sources.
