Business Development Manager

As a Sales and Marketing Professional with Barchester Healthcare Ltd, you will play a vital role in driving sales activity for our care homes across the North of England and Scotland. Your excellent communication skills and ability to present to individuals and groups will be essential in building relationships within local communities and increasing occupancy rates.
We are offering a competitive salary of up to £42,500 per annum, along with a generous car allowance of £6,500 per year. You will also have access to a wide range of retail and leisure discounts at big brands and supermarkets, as well as unlimited access to our refer a friend scheme.
In this role, you will represent Barchester in a friendly and professional manner, engaging with residents and relatives to understand their experience and requirements. You will also be responsible for responding to sales enquiries, actively generating leads, and identifying local marketing opportunities.
