Job Summary: We are recruiting a Customer Relationship Manager to support our North division and increase occupancy in our homes across the North of England and Scotland. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional with a healthcare background to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of our residents.

About the Role: As a Customer Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our home managers and other stakeholders. You will also develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase occupancy, collaborate with our marketing team to promote our services, and monitor and report on sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Travel regularly to visit our homes across the North of England and Scotland
  2. Meet with home managers and other stakeholders to discuss sales performance and strategies
  3. Develop and implement effective sales plans to increase occupancy
  4. Collaborate with our marketing team to promote our services through various channels

What We Offer: In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. This salary estimate is based on national averages and may vary depending on location and industry standards. We also offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, pension scheme, and opportunities for career development.
