Job Summary: We are seeking a Regional Development Coordinator to join our team at KAP Recruitment Ltd. As an experienced Town Planner, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a variety of urban and regional planning projects from inception to completion. Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage urban and regional planning projects.
  • Develop and implement planning strategies.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve project goals.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Town Planning or a related field, membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI), and proven experience in a similar role within the UK. A strong understanding of UK planning laws and regulations is essential for this position.

Salary: £46,000 - £51,000 per annum.
