Regional Development Specialist

Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated Regional Development Specialist to join our planning team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing various urban and regional planning projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive research and analysis on land use, zoning, transportation, and environmental factors.
- Manage a portfolio of planning projects and deliver results-driven solutions.
- Engage with stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
Requirements:
- A degree in Town Planning or a related field.
- Membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) or eligibility for membership.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the UK.
- Excellent knowledge of UK planning laws and regulations.
