About the Role

As a Scheme Manager, you will play a vital role in expanding our management teams across Hightown Housing Association's Buckinghamshire Learning Disability services. You will be based in High Wycombe and will lead by example, motivate, and inspire others to deliver high-quality care.

The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including coaching and mentoring opportunities from experienced peers and senior managers.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have experience delivering high-quality care, lead teams, and make difficult decisions under pressure. You must also be self-motivated, adaptable, and able to communicate effectively with diverse groups.
