Learning Disability Lead

In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing a Learning Disability Residential Home in Salisbury, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and upholding regulatory standards.
Responsibilities:- Lead, manage, and develop the care staff team, including recruitment, supervision, and performance management.
- Ensure the home adheres to health and safety guidelines and fosters a safe environment for both residents and staff.
- Budget effectively, ensuring cost-effective care while maintaining the quality of service.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £45,000 per annum, 40 hours of work per week, opportunities for further professional development and training, and 6 weeks annual leave.
