Learning Disability Clinical Lead

This is a Band 7 permanent position that requires a highly skilled and experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner to work within our Learning Disability Community Team in Warrington/Halton. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality clinical care to individuals with complex needs and a commitment to making a positive impact on their lives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing expert clinical practice to clients who pose significant challenges/risk to themselves or others
- Leading the development, initiation, and implementation of clinical assessment, formulation, and interventions
- Managing and supervising a team of healthcare professionals
- Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £52,000-£60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
