Learning Disability Care Manager

SCR is seeking an experienced and quality-focused Learning Disability Care Manager for its residential and supported living service in the Coventry area.
This service provides high-quality care for adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Physical Disabilities, promoting independence and community inclusion.
The successful candidate will have:
- Prior experience as a Registered Manager (preferably in Learning Disabilities)
- Leadership skills and knowledge of CQC regulations, health, and social care legislation
- Strong staff management and communication skills
We offer a competitive salary of £45,000-£55,000 per annum, reflecting the complexity and importance of this role. Our benefits package includes opportunities for professional development and a supportive work environment.
