We are currently seeking a Learning Disabilities Care Assistant to join our team in Surrey. As a key member of our team, you will provide vital support to individuals with learning disabilities, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing person-centred care and support to individuals with learning disabilities.
  • Working collaboratively with healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care plans.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns or changes in client condition.

Requirements:

  • 6 months of recent experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in private healthcare settings.
  • A valid UK driving licence (essential) and willingness to travel locally.
