Learning Disabilities Specialist Assistant

We are looking for a compassionate Learning Disabilities Specialist Assistant to provide high-quality support to residents at Cherry Tree. As a member of our team, you will work closely with colleagues to deliver person-centred care and promote independence.
Main Tasks:
- Support residents with daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and mobility assistance.
- Develop and maintain relationships with residents, understanding their needs, preferences, and goals.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure residents receive appropriate medical attention.
Essential Skills:
A strong motivation to work with people with Autism and Learning Disabilities. Experience working with challenging behaviours beneficial.
Compensation:
The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
