Job Title: Learning Disabilities Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Adult Social Care Worker to join our Learning Disabilities Team. This is a rewarding role that involves supporting individuals with learning disabilities and their carers to access resources, complete care act assessments and create support plans. Key responsibilities include reviewing care packages to improve community inclusion and prevent isolation.

To be considered, you must have a Social Work Qualification and at least 2 years post-qualified experience. A valid UK driving licence and vehicle are essential for this role. The estimated salary for this position is £38,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
