Active Care Group Recruitment is offering an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Lovely LD Nurse Specialist. As a Regional Learning Disability Nursing Professional, you will have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities.

About the Role
This is a remote position that requires occasional travel to sites within the North. You will be responsible for supporting the development of learning disability services through service visits, review of support plans, and clinical cabinet management. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Positive Behavioural Support (PBS) team to provide training and implement individual PBS plans and interventions.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement evidence-based care plans to promote person-centered care
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive care to individuals with complex health needs
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experiences
• Provide coaching and mentoring to colleagues to improve their skills and knowledge

Requirements
• Registered Learning Disability Nurse with current NMC registration
• A legal right to work in the UK
• Evidence of continuous professional development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

What We Offer
• Competitive salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum
