As a leading supplier of IT solutions and services to commercial and public sector customers in the UK & International markets, we are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Strategic Partnership Development Manager.



Job Description:


The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining internal and external relationships and executing strategies to maximise business growth. This will involve working closely with executive stakeholders to drive partner relevance to their plan, meeting assigned targets for profitable sales volume and KPI objectives, and maintaining full compliance with partner and sales motion for UK and international.


Main responsibilities include:



  • Developing and executing business plans to drive growth in the UK & Internationally
  • Working in close partnership with relevant departments to create upsell and cross sell opportunities
  • Acting as a sales expert for the partners portfolio and sharing expertise internally across different business units using an outcome-based approach
  • Managing and cultivating relevant relationships between one of our partners, CDW sales and leadership teams to align strategy and communication
  • Driving the commercial outcome for CDW with our sellers through pipeline management, customer engagement, detailed forecasting and supporting opportunities to closure
  • Evangelising CDW's capabilities to our customer base, differentiating us to drive strategic growth
  • Owning and driving marketing campaigns increasing ROI in sales
  • UK and International travel where required


Requirements:


The successful candidate will have a demonstrable track record of successful sales or partner management, consistent high performance and be capable of leading senior engagements within both CDW & one of our partners. Key skills and qualifications include:



  • Strong market knowledge and understanding of trends that drive customer outcomes
  • Experience in building and supporting strategic business and marketing campaigns
  • Communication skills and ability to build senior and executive relationships
  • Broad understanding of partners technologies and the business challenges that they address is desired
  • Proficient commercial acumen and understanding the impact of business outcomes
  • Strong planning, organization and reporting skills
  • Hunter mentality to execute and deliver


Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum depending on experience.
