Davies is seeking a skilled Team Leader to oversee our Casualty team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support colleagues in handling allocated claims.
- Ensure claims are processed in accordance with client requirements.
- Investigate claims, either from the desk or by referring them to a field adjuster.
- Prepare detailed reports on policy indemnity, legal liability, quantum, and tactics.
- Manage reserves and stay updated on technical changes relevant to the role.
Requirements:
- Experience handling Noise Induced Hearing Loss Claims is highly desirable.
- Excellent management, planning, and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in managing claims from start to finish.
- Knowledge of Civil Procedure Rules and the Claims Portal.
