The objective of the role is to support the global production commercial function in delivering its goals with internal and external stakeholders.

The Global Production commercial team, client service community, and technology and operations teams collaborate to deliver profitable growth through:

  • Strong and innovative financial proposals for new and existing clients
  • Financial management and governance
  • Strong stakeholder relationships

Key Responsibilities

The role involves:

  • Assisting the broader team with client financial management, RFPs & pricing, client onboardings, and ad-hoc tasks and projects
  • Client financial management: Monitoring financial performance of assigned clients and advising on ways to improve, assisting Client Leads with reporting and analysis, ensuring compliance against SLAs and other contractual terms
  • RFPs & pricing: Developing pricing strategies and methodologies, managing financial aspects of RFP submissions, working through contractual aspects
  • Client onboardings: Managing procurement relationships, managing internal communications around client pricing, SLAs, etc.; developing an understanding of tax and treasury implications for various invoicing strategies, developing client commercial ways of working
  • Ad-hoc tasks & projects: Supporting the development of standardized reporting, developing intercompany ways of working, supporting automation projects

Critical Skills

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience working in a global role, preferably within the advertising production or broader advertising space
  • Direct client interaction and negotiation skills
  • Experience working in a finance, commercial, or FP&A role
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work in a time-sensitive environment
  • Experience with pricing and building financial models
  • Experience with understanding contracts, how they impact operations and commercial risk profiles, and working with legal teams
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced organization
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex metrics and analysis clearly and accurately to internal teams and all levels of management
