About Pinterest:

We're looking for a skilled Global Agency Commercial Lead to help grow our agency business globally. This role will work with a team of passionate people to shape an agency commercial partnership framework that creates measurable value for agencies, advertisers, Pinners, and Pinterest across the globe.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell digital advertising solutions into media agencies directly.
  • Possess a strong track record in sales, project management, and commercial success.
  • Have deep knowledge of the agency landscape, key decision-makers, operating models, commercial structure, and contracts.
  • Hands-on knowledge of media planning, campaign management, media measurement, and media channels (e-commerce, branding, formats, and targeting).
  • Proven success in developing commercial products and capabilities for agencies.
  • Have been a skilled negotiator with the ability to predict and account for multiple scenarios.
  • Demonstrable ability to analyze and draw clear insights and actions from large data sets.
  • Work cross-functionally to help Pinterest build a world-class advertising platform.
  • Understanding of global market nuances, as it relates to legal and compliance factors.
Requirements:
  • 15+ years of digital advertising agency and agency sales experience, working specifically with performance advertising products.
  • Experience working with executive-level business and marketing leaders within agency organizations with a customer focus.
  • An independent, business-focused creative thinker who is excited to work with leading agency and technology partners.

In-Office Requirement Statement:

  • This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration 1-2 times per week and therefore needs to be in a commutable distance from our London office.
