About the Job

As a Global Program Development Manager, you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence at OLIVER Agency.

Your key objectives will include developing and implementing delivery solutions to enhance performance on key metrics, ensuring comprehensive data collection, and managing and enhancing dashboards to monitor studio performance.

With 8+ years of experience in an advertising agency or production environment, you will possess a strong understanding of commercial acumen and production knowledge across digital platforms.

You will work closely with account leadership and clients to build strong relationships, lead by example to foster an inclusive and supportive environment, and manage a team of Global Program Managers, an AI Project Manager, and a Data Analyst.

Compensation Package: Competitive salary ($120,000 - $150,000 per annum) and benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
