Business Development Director Opportunity

We are a leading contract cleaning and soft services provider to the FM arena in London, and a highly regarded employer. Our team manages and supports both end-user clients and managing agents with iconic buildings and developments. We are seeking a sales professional with a proven track record in strategic sales and commercial contract cleaning solution sales.

The Role

To generate new sales and retained sales for the company, including non-contractual business for the London division. Over half of your revenue stream will be referral and account development through our FM Partners. You will work on referral tender opportunities in the private sector, mainly focusing on commercial opportunities in London.

  • Proven track record in strategic commercial cleaning contract sales
  • Experienced in surveys, pricing, and end-to-end solutions
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint presentation skills

We offer a competitive package, including a £5k car allowance, home-based work with 2-3 days per week in London, 35 days holiday per year, and flexible hours.
