As a Regional Director, you will have the opportunity to run your own region, building a team of advisors, potential partners, and clients. You will be responsible for business development, sales, marketing, networking, recruitment, team management, and customer service.

We are looking for individuals who have experience in business development and sales, and who are able to work independently as well as part of a team. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and to develop your skills and expertise in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
  • Sales: Build relationships with potential clients and close deals.
  • Marketing: Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote the business.
  • Networking: Build relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
  • Recruitment: Recruit and manage a team of advisors.
  • Team Management: Manage and motivate a team of advisors to achieve business objectives.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Experience in business development and sales.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Earning Potential: £50,000.00-£100,000.00 per year
