About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Director to drive the growth of our service and insight offerings. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our Sales Director and cross-functional teams to leverage consultative sales strategies and secure new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business leads and opportunities
  • Collaborate with sales teams to drive business growth
  • Manage client data and sales performance through Salesforce
  • Contribute to strategic direction and support market expansion efforts
About You
  • Proven experience in consultative sales, preferably in the legal, real estate, or PropTech sectors
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Strategic thinker with exceptional planning and time management abilities
  • Experience mentoring and coaching sales teams
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is an advantage
