Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Business Partner to join our team at Hays Senior Finance. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in providing financial expertise and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to inform business decisions
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business growth and improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and achieve financial goals
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements

  • Qualified Accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA) or equivalent
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of financial operations and business partnering
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders
  • Strong business acumen and commercial awareness, with the ability to drive business outcomes and achieve financial goals
