Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Business Partner to join our team at Hays Senior Finance. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in providing financial expertise and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain financial models and reports to support business decision-making.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to senior management to inform strategic business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • Qualified Accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA) or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of financial operations and management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
