Key Responsibilities

  • Produce monthly management and service accounts, as well as other reports, to help our clients make informed business decisions.
  • Improve the impact and understanding of financial reporting on business performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive growth.
  • Provide analysis and insights to help our clients understand services that are not recovering full costs, and services in deficit, and develop strategies to address these issues.
  • Collaborate with our clients' senior managers and teams to build strong relationships and provide effective commercial feedback to drive business growth.
  • Support the production of the annual budget and monthly forecast exercise, working closely with finance colleagues and managers across the organization to ensure a smooth process.

Requirements

  • Qualified Accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA) with experience in a similar role.
  • Strong business partnering skills, with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Excellent Excel skills, including Lookups, Pivot Tables, and Logical functions.
