Senior Finance Business Partner

Join Hays Accounts and Finance as a Senior Finance Business Partner and take on a challenging role that requires strong financial expertise and business acumen. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for producing monthly management and service accounts, as well as other reports, within agreed timescales. Your goal will be to identify areas for improvement and provide insightful analysis to support business decision-making.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Produce high-quality financial reports and analysis to support business decision-making
  2. Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for cost savings and efficiency gains
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior managers and their teams
  4. Support the production of the annual budget and monthly forecast exercise

What We're Looking For

  • Qualified Accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA)
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Strong business partnering skills
  • Excellent Excel skills, including Lookups, Pivot Tables, and Logical functions
