Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Business Partner to join our team at Hays Senior Finance. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in providing financial expertise and support to senior management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce monthly management and service accounts, as well as other reports, within agreed timescales, focusing on efficiency improvements and variance analysis.
  • Enhance the impact and understanding of financial reporting on business performance.
  • Provide analysis and insights to assist managers in understanding services with cost recovery issues and deficits.
  • Offer effective commercial feedback and drive change to ensure key operational, commercial, and financial budgets are met.
  • Build strong partnerships and maintain relationships with senior managers and their teams.
  • Support the production of the annual budget and monthly forecast, collaborating with finance colleagues and managers to ensure a smooth process.

Requirements

  • Qualified Accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA)
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Strong Business Partnering skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, including Lookups, Pivot Tables, and Logical functions
