Job Overview
At GKR International, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Support Coordinator to join our team in Edinburgh. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a well-known estate agency and contribute to their success.

In this role, you will provide administrative support to the office, creating property activity records and marketing recommendation reports for clients. You will also produce content for property portals, social media, and advertising in branch and online. Additionally, you will manage compliance processes for tenants and landlords, ensuring best practice regulations and conduct reporting. As the first point of contact for the office, you will assist visitors and prepare reports for weekly and monthly meetings, MBOs, and ad hoc requirements.

We are looking for a motivated, ambitious, and organised team player with strong administrative and time management skills. You should be confident at dealing with individuals of all levels and have exceptional standard of English grammar and spelling - written and verbal. If you have experience working in the property industry, it is advantageous but not required.

The salary for this position is £20,000-£25,000 per annum, depending on experience.
