Gillespie Macandrew Llp, a successful independent Scottish legal firm with a strong focus on private client and property-related legal work, seeks an experienced PA to provide dedicated support to one of our Dispute Resolution Partners in Edinburgh.

The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support, ensuring the smooth running of our Partner's busy schedule, and maintaining the highest level of client service at all times.

We are looking for a highly motivated and pro-active individual with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to build and maintain collaborative working relationships. You should have strong attention to detail skills with competence in Microsoft Office packages, including audio typing and proficiency in producing letters, reports, and presentations.

Experience in a similar role, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment, and knowledge and understanding of Dispute Resolution practices would be advantageous. This is a full-time office-based position offering a competitive remuneration package and benefits.
