Job Opportunity: Team Coordinator

We are recruiting for an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Team Coordinator. In this role, you will be working closely with the core business support team, providing comprehensive administrative support and contributing to the success of our global practice.

The Team Coordinator role will involve:

  1. Providing administrative support to the central business services teams
  2. Creating PowerPoint presentations for meetings, interviews, and seminars
  3. Reviewing and editing documents to ensure brand guidelines and grammar accuracy
  4. Coordinating new starter inductions and equipment setup
  5. Arranging, attending, taking minutes, and creating follow-up action points for internal and client meetings
  6. Performing general admin and office support duties

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in an administrative or coordinator position
  • Strong written skills with a high attention to detail
  • Excellent IT skills, including MS Office and other relevant software
  • Experience using spreadsheets and databases
  • Strong administrative skills and ability to maintain systems
  • Knowledge of design software (desired)

The salary for this position is £26,000, with potential for increase to £28,000 depending on experience and qualifications. We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates.
