Role Description

We are currently recruiting for an IFA Administrator to work with our established IFA firm located in Edinburgh. This is a permanent position offering a competitive £33,000 - £38,000 per annum salary.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the IFA, including:

  • Processing client investment transactions, including buying and selling of funds, processing withdrawals, and managing regular investment contributions.
  • Conducting research and gathering data on investment products, providers, and industry regulations.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  1. Prior experience working in a similar administrative role within the financial services sector.
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
