Administrative Support Professional

RPS, a Tetra Tech company, is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our Water Consulting team based in Scotland. This part-time role involves supporting the smooth operation of our office and providing top-notch support to both clients and colleagues.
Your Responsibilities:
- Assist with the office move from Kirkintilloch to Stepps
- Lead, manage, and undertake administration duties related to safe day-to-day operations, including reception, visitor management, and mailroom activities
- Purchasing and supplier invoicing, ordering and managing stationery and staff PPE requirements
- Arranging staff travel and accommodation bookings, ensuring compliance with RPS Integrated Management System processes and procedures
- Assisting in fleet management and booking staff training
- Managing monthly client invoicing process, working closely with HSEQ Team and project teams in Scotland to ensure business processes are adhered to and run efficiently
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative role, preferably in an office environment
- Demonstrated expertise in Invoicing (supplier invoicing and client invoicing)
- Clear and fluent communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to provide line management, leadership, coaching, and motivation to team members
- Excellent IT skills, with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Able to operate in a confidential manner, possessing a full UK driving licence
