Customer Support Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and empathetic professional to support clients in achieving their career goals. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will deliver CIES or IPS service components, assess client vocational functioning, and conduct job development and job search activities tailored to each client's preference.
- Deliver CIES or IPS service components for client employment and educational needs.
- Assess client vocational functioning using background information and work history.
- Conduct job development and job search activities tailored to each client's preference.
- Collaborate with local benefit planning services to inform clients about entitlements and employment options.
- Provide individualized wrap-around and follow-along supports to maintain employment.
- Communicate with family members and support services to gather client input.
- Participate in Adult Clinical Community Support meetings to coordinate services.
- Employ trauma-informed and recovery-oriented approaches in work.
- Document client progress using prescribed forms and practice.
- Participate in professional development and mentoring opportunities.
- Assist clients with assistive technology and adaptive equipment.
- Submit billing and documentation on time and complete.
About the Job:
This is a full-time position with a salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, tuition assistance, and advancement opportunities.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess active listening skills and verbal and written comprehension, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, reliability, honesty, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. You should also be able to exercise discretion with confidential information, learn principles and practices of assisting people with disabilities, and have a valid driver's license and operable vehicle.
