Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Customer Service and Claims Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, handling claims, and ensuring the smooth administration of policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, or in-person, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage claims from start to finish, ensuring accurate processing and efficient communication with clients.
  • Administer policies, including setting up new policies, updating existing records, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with the Claims Team to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless policy management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with veterinary practices, promoting our services and building trust with key partners.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service, claims handling, or a related field, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Familiarity with computer systems and databases, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • A strong understanding of FCA and TCF regulations, with a commitment to adhering to industry standards.
