Job Title: Vocational Support Specialist

Overview: ServiceNet Inc. is seeking a skilled and compassionate Vocational Support Specialist to join our team in Hatfield, MA. This role involves delivering CIES or Individual Placement Services to clients, focusing on job development, vocational support, and skills building. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients to assess their vocational functioning, conduct job search activities tailored to their needs, and collaborate with local benefit planning services to ensure informed employment decisions.

Salary: $45,000 per year (based on full-time employment)

Required Skills and Qualifications: Active listening skills, verbal & written comprehension, critical thinking & problem-solving, ability to develop constructive working relationships, open to change, reliable, honest, and sensitive to others' needs. A college degree is preferred, but previous experience working with disabled populations or demonstrated success in sales and marketing will be considered. Candidates skilled in American Sign Language are strongly encouraged to apply.
