About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Employment Development Associate to provide vocational support and job placement services to individuals in Hatfield, MA. The successful candidate will deliver CIES or Individual Placement Services, assessing client vocational functioning, conducting job search activities, and collaborating with local benefit planning services. As part of our team, you will participate in Adult Clinical Community Support meetings, employ trauma-informed approaches, and provide thorough documentation.

Salary: $45,000 per year (based on full-time employment)

Key Responsibilities: Deliver CIES or Individual Placement Services, assess client vocational functioning, conduct job development and job search activities, collaborate with local benefit planning services, participate in Adult Clinical Community Support meetings, and provide thorough documentation.

Requirements: Active listening skills, verbal & written comprehension, critical thinking & problem-solving, ability to develop constructive working relationships, open to change, reliable, honest, and sensitive to others' needs. A college degree is preferred, but previous experience working with disabled populations or demonstrated success in sales and marketing will be considered. Candidates skilled in American Sign Language are strongly encouraged to apply.
