Role Overview

The HR team at One YMCA is looking for an experienced Employee Relations caseworker to join their close-knit and informal team. As an Employment Relations Specialist, you will work closely with managers and staff to resolve conflicts and address workplace issues before they escalate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing guidance and support to managers and staff on employment relations matters
  • Investigating and resolving workplace conflicts in a fair and timely manner
  • Developing and implementing strategies to prevent workplace disputes

Requirements

  • Proven experience in employment relations casework or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
