Care Support Specialist

We are looking for a Care Support Specialist to join our team in Hatfield. This role involves providing support to individuals with complex needs, including acquired brain injury, learning disability, autism, physical disabilities, and mental health.
Job Description:In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring the people we support can live as independently as possible within their own home and wider community. The type of care you provide will be tailored to the individual's needs.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a care or support work setting. However, if you are new to the role and have a passion for helping others to lead their most independent lives, Lifeways can offer excellent training and ongoing support to enable you to enjoy a rewarding career with us.
As a Care Support Specialist, you will have the opportunity to gain health and social care qualifications that are funded by Lifeways. You will also receive free DBS checks and access to an employee assistance program which provides advice and support.
Lifeways provide supported living and residential care for people living with complex needs. Our team is integral to ensuring that the people we support can live as independently as possible.
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £22,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience.
