Our Carer Support Specialist will ensure the highest possible levels of care are maintained by supporting and assisting residents with daily living tasks. This role involves training and supervising junior staff members, answering nurse calls, and providing a high level of personal and psychological care to residents.

We can offer you £13.00 per hour, ESAS – Salary Advance, Employee Assistance Programme, Perkbox, Employee of the Month, Long term service awards, Blue Light Card, Professional Development, and Refer a Friend.
