Key Responsibilities:

- Attend weekly telephone support meetings with Foster Carers to address any concerns or issues
- Participate in the duty-day rota, ensuring adequate cover for out-of-hours services
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the appropriate placement and movement of children, focusing on permanence and stability
- Deliver training and facilitate Support Group Meetings to Foster Carers, promoting excellence in care delivery
- Prepare carers and children for court proceedings, ensuring they understand the process and potential outcomes
- Record and attend court case conferences, planning meetings, and reviews, maintaining accurate records and participating in discussions
- Maintain full compliance with organisational policies and procedures, adhering to regulatory requirements
- Participate in regular supervision sessions and annual appraisals, reflecting on practice and identifying areas for improvement
- Update the database to reflect current practice matters, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all records

A salary of £41,500-£46,000 per annum is reflective of the complexity and demands of this role.
