Job Opportunity: Child Development Support Specialist

DeedMob B.V is seeking a dedicated individual to support the development of young children in our Baby Group at Birchwood Family Centre in Hatfield. As a Child Development Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in creating a supportive, stimulating and friendly environment for families with young babies.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Supporting the vision of the Family Centre in their work with parents, carers, families, and children (under 11 years).
  • Maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for all families.
  • Assisting parents in their babies' development and learning.
  • Setting up and tidying away activities.
  • Engaging and playing with the children.
  • Leading specific activities as required.
  • Encouraging and supporting families to register with the service.


Requirements:
  • Aged 18 or over.
  • Willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
  • Commitment to online and face-to-face training.
  • Friendly approach.
  • Maintaining confidentiality at all times.
  • The ability to work well in a team and unsupervised.
