Support Assistant - Hertfordshire

Ambient Support Limited is seeking a Support Assistant to join our team at St Audrey's Care Home in Hatfield, Hertfordshire. As a Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with various physical and emotional needs, enabling them to gain greater independence and improve their well-being.

You will be responsible for assisting with daily living tasks, participating in activities, and fulfilling personal care tasks. You will also work closely with colleagues to ensure that individuals receive high-quality care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist individuals with daily living tasks and personal care requirements
  • Participate in activities and outings to promote social interaction and engagement
  • Escort individuals to appointments and medical visits as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided and communicate effectively with colleagues and management

Salary Information: £11.44 per hour (paid weekly)
