Female Care Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Female Care Assistant to join our team at Walsingham Support.
About the Role
The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality care to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and other complex needs. As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting our service users to achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering person-centred care that meets the unique needs of each individual
- Providing emotional support and social interaction to promote independence and well-being
- Assisting with daily living tasks, including personal care and household chores
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a seamless care experience
Requirements
- A minimum of [£25,000 - £30,000] per annum salary
- No prior experience necessary, as we provide comprehensive training
