About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Servpro Industries, Inc. The successful candidate will provide exceptional support to our office operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day activities and contributing to our company's success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist office teammates with tasks, phone, and email support in a fast-paced environment
  • Coordinate crew and job scheduling to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Enter data accurately and thoroughly using Microsoft Office software
  • Collaborate with other departments as needed to achieve common goals
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Availability for on-call rotation, answering phone calls, collecting customer information, and dispatching crews
