About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Care Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing customer care operations and ensuring high satisfaction among new homeowners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to new homeowners, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communication: Maintain regular communication with customers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and resolution of issues.
  • Defect Reporting: Prepare and issue weekly defects reports for each site, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Work Allocation: Effectively allocate work to the Customer Support operative team, site teams, and contractors to address issues in new customer homes.
  • Contractor Oversight: Oversee contractor work and report any poor outcomes to the Head of Customer Service.
  • Schedule Coordination: Balance and coordinate the scheduling of trades and CRM diaries to ensure efficient resolution of issues.
