About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and driven Customer Care Co-ordinator to join our client's team in Leatherhead. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients in new homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective customer service to clients in new homes
- Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary of £34-38k
- Temp to Perm opportunity
- Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm
