About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Service Assistant to join our team at Learning Tree. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our valued customers, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding our products and services
  • Work collaboratively with the sales and administration teams to ensure customer needs are met
  • Enroll customers into courses, provide pricing details, and handle complaints with empathy
  • Contribute to pre-course planning, courseware ordering, invoicing, and reporting
Requirements
  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles, with a strong track record of resolving customer complaints
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
  • Experience with CRM systems and goal-oriented customer service environments
  • Positive attitude, drive to help people, and a genuine desire to make a difference
